EXPOSURE
PREVENT DISPERSION OF DUST! STRICT HYGIENE!

  • INHALATION

  • Local exhaust.
    Fresh air, rest.
  • SKIN

  • Protective gloves. Protective clothing.
Remove contaminated clothes. Rinse and then wash skin with water and soap.
  • EYES

  • Face shield.
First rinse with plenty of water for several minutes (remove contact lenses if easily possible), then take to a doctor.
  • INGESTION

  • Do not eat, drink, or smoke during work.
Rinse mouth. Give plenty of water to drink.
SPILLAGE DISPOSAL STORAGE PACKAGING & LABELLING
Sweep spilled substance into containers; if appropriate, moisten first to prevent dusting. Carefully collect remainder, then remove to safe place.
Separated from strong oxidants. Keep in a well-ventilated room.

    PHYSICAL STATE; APPEARANCE:
    COLOURLESS CRYSTALS OR GREY POWDER.

    PHYSICAL DANGERS:

    CHEMICAL DANGERS:
The substance decomposes on heating producing toxic fumes including nitrogen oxides. Reacts with oxidants.

    OCCUPATIONAL EXPOSURE LIMITS (OELs):
    TLV not established.

    ROUTES OF EXPOSURE:
The substance can be absorbed into the body by inhalation.

    INHALATION RISK:
Evaporation at 20C is negligible; a nuisance-causing concentration of airborne particles can, however, be reached quickly when dispersed.

    EFFECTS OF SHORT-TERM EXPOSURE:

EFFECTS OF LONG-TERM OR REPEATED EXPOSURE:
Repeated or prolonged contact may cause skin sensitization.
